Give every opportunity a contract that keeps pace with it

Connect CLMS 360 to Salesforce so contract status, value, and signatures stay attached to the Opportunity record — no exports, no re-keying, no gap between legal and sales.

Why connect them

Sales closes the opportunity. Legal doesn't lose the thread

Once Salesforce and CLMS 360 are linked, the Opportunity record and the contract record describe the same reality — automatically.

No manual status updates

When a contract moves to review, signature, or execution in CLMS 360, the linked Opportunity stage updates with it.

Fewer drafting errors

Account and Opportunity fields from Salesforce populate contract templates directly, so terms match what sales actually agreed to.

One place to check contract risk

Reps see contract status, redlines, and signature progress on the Opportunity page without leaving Salesforce.

Forecasting that matches reality

Signed contract values write back to the Opportunity, so pipeline and closed-won reporting reflect the executed terms.

Full audit trail

Every sync event, field update, and signature is logged to the Salesforce activity timeline for that Account.

Admin-controlled field mapping

Choose exactly which Salesforce and CLMS 360 fields sync, in which direction, without engineering involvement.

Setup

Live in three steps

Connect once with OAuth, choose your field mapping, and the sync runs in the background from then on.

  1. Authorize the connection

An admin signs in to Salesforce from CLMS 360 settings and grants access. No API keys to generate or store.

  2. Map your fields

Match Salesforce Opportunity and Account fields to CLMS 360 contract fields, and set the sync direction for each one.

  3. Turn on sync

New and existing Opportunities start syncing immediately. Reps see contract activity on the Opportunity page right away.

Common questions

Salesforce integration, answered

Do I need a specific Salesforce edition for this integration?

The core Opportunity-sync integration works on Salesforce Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions. Custom object mapping requires API access, included in Enterprise and above.

Does this require developer or Apex work to set up?

No. Connection is handled through OAuth from the CLMS 360 settings page, and field mapping is configured through a visual editor. No Apex code or custom objects required for standard fields.

What happens to existing Opportunities when we turn on sync?

Existing open Opportunities are matched to their linked contracts where a relationship already exists, and begin syncing immediately. You can also backfill historical Opportunities manually.

Can we control which fields sync, and in which direction?

Yes. Every field mapping is configured individually, including direction (one-way or two-way), and can be changed at any time by a CLMS 360 admin.

Is contract data visible inside Salesforce?

Yes. Contract status, value, and signature events appear on the Opportunity page layout and in the Account activity timeline, so reps don't need to open CLMS 360 to check progress.
