Why we built CLMS 360
Most contract lifecycle management platforms ask a team to leave the tools they already use — export contracts into a new cloud, provision a new login, and train staff on a new interface. For a legal or procurement team already stretched thin, that's months of friction before the software does anything useful.
We started CLMS 360 with the opposite premise. Microsoft 365 is where contracts, approvals, and conversations already happen. Instead of building a destination, we built a layer that activates directly inside SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook — so rollout is measured in days, not quarters.
That decision shaped everything after it: e-signature had to be native, not bolted on. Permissions had to inherit from the SharePoint admin center IT already manages. And contract data had to stay inside the customer's own tenant — never a separate vendor cloud with its own compliance boundary.
Today, CLMS 360 runs contract workflows for legal, procurement, finance, sales, and HR teams across manufacturing, healthcare, law firms, non-profits, banking, and IT consulting — all without asking a single user to learn a new platform.
